Hotel Rules

At Victory Hotel & Laundry, we value our customers and strive to provide flexibility while ensuring smooth operations. Our rules & regulation are for the benefit of all. Please read it below:

  • Any kind of payment and administration must be done before guest check-in or maximum at 2.00 PM for extended guest.
  • Guest must provide a legal ID Card for identity.
  • Guest must give information of their vehicle to receptionist.
  • Check-in start from 2 PM (earlier check-in will be given extra charge) *please confirm to our whatsapp
  • Check-out maximum at 12 PM (late check-out will be given extra charge) *please confirm to our whatsapp
  • We do not held responsibility for any kind of loss that caused by guest themselves.
  • It is prohibited to bring pet, weapon or any kind of drug as well as things that has a strong smell to hotel room.
  • Guest must keep quite between 9 PM - 7 AM for peacefulness.
  • Guest must obey the rules for the benefit of all. Any further notice will be given via direct call or notes.

Cancellation

At Victory Hotel & Laundry, we value our customers and strive to provide flexibility while ensuring smooth operations. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate both your plans and our service commitments.

Hotel Bookings

Free & Late Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 3 hours before check-in will receive a full refund.

No Show

Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in a 100% charge for the booking period.

Laundry Services

Order Changes or Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be made before the service begins. Once the laundry process has started, no cancellations are allowed.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only for services not yet rendered.
